-new year post..what's to come-

Happy New Year!!!

new year resolutions? bah!

Holidays are soon over and it'll be time for me to start work. Yeah! i wonder if it's a better option than going back to school. I won't be facing the talks about jobs offers, freeze hire, career choice comparison, projects, more unfamiliar (and younger) faces.

ANd because of my choice to defer a term of school, i'll be graduating later than my peers. Honestly, it felt a bit weird at first cos i've never had to do anything later, or stay back a year to repeat school and such. However, i rationalize that i had a choice and it wasn't to slack off or cos i wasn't smart enough to be promoted to the next year/term.

And now, my grad trip is postponed..with no travelling buddies in sight. bleah. Hey! if u guys know anyone who'll be free the whole of July 08, please lemme know. Maybe i'll just make the trip myself. Or maybe, i need to get a grip and grow up.

I'm also excited to start work. Being part of new initiatives and meeting new people will help ease my transition into the working realm. Earning that extra bit of moolah does help too. hehe

on a completely different note..
..i'm thinking of having a room warming party when my room's finally done
